Jazz can be not only vintage and classic (78rpm.archive.org collection, for example) and also purely modern (a radio stream link to check). Not jazzy beats, not barely listenable pseudo-intellectual avant-garde, – real jazz as we used to get it, but modern. The first thing that comes to mind is a straight beat there, more solid, bright groove, but still a lot of sax/piano improvisations come as the main ingredient though.
