    Interesting take on handling negative thoughts. The idea of absorbing and understanding them, rather than hiding or restricting, feels like a healthier approach to personal growth. It encourages more mindful processing instead of avoidance

      There were times I hurt myself by choosing most “loud” way of reactions inside but I see it’s better rather to find tricks and absorb a situation, hiding and restricting is hard; our force-will is limited it’s like for some hours only, we need to find smart ways of dealing with all that – cheers
